New session - The Acting Platform for 12-19 years olds

JK Theatre Arts welcomes a new session to the current timetable: The Acting Platform

The class will run on Friday evenings during term time from 6pm-7.30pm in Burgess Hill.

The session led by theatre practitioner Louise Rigglesford is for new & existing students to gain a skills based approach to drama, using techniques that strive on collaboration and imagination. If you are aged 12-19 and have an instinctive approach to training & building your theatre toolkit, you will find the session will help to encourage self expression through exploring texts in devised drama, working with short & long form improvisation, character exploration, puppetry & physical theatre. Prior acting experience is advantageous although not essential but plenty of enthusiasm for the craft will go a long way.
